RECITAL TICKETS
Recital Information:
Where: Treasure Coast High School
1000 Sw Darwin Blvd PSL Fl 34953
When: June 2nd
Time: 1:00pm for dancer no exceptions UNLESS only in second half of the show, Then they can come back at intermission time and vice versa.
1:30pm Doors open for Parents

There will be a 50/50 raffle and food for purchase so please bring cash

MUST have ticket printed to enter recital NO TICKETS WILL BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR.
Please bring a jacket as it is a Theatre and you may get cold.

To sign up to be a backstage mom please see front desk. You will receive one complimentary ticket and be in charge of the table that you are assigned too and you will watch the show from backstage and have to stay the entire time until the table you are assigned to is gone.
​
​
We need ushers in the audience as well if interested please let the front desk know. You will be responsible for seating our guest and helping with anything they need and will receive one complimentary ticket.
​
We need backstage dads at the show as well. So any competitive dads that would like to be backstage please see Mr. Rick to sign up.

Dress Rehearsal is Friday May 31st at 6:15pm to 8:00pm. Dancer should only arrive with hair and make up done and in proper shoes. They will rehearse their dance once and leave after. Please feel free to stay and take pictures and enjoy all your childs hard work.
​
Our theatre show is included with everyones ticket! So please come early and support our stars. Your children will love this show and not want to miss it!
5:00pm to 6:00pm. This show is also associated with our In Studio Competition. The Show will be performed that evening along with our theatre team!

Dancer Info:
Bring water and snack and something to keep you busy backstage
Hair: Ballet Bun for all BALLET/LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY/ACRO

Make up: Tan/Gold eye for all, maroon lips and pink cheeks. Mascara and eye liner are optional based on parent.

Hair: IN PONYTAIL
FOR ALL HIPHOP/JAZZ/TAP
​
COMPANY WILL STAY IN A BALLET BUN
​
WED ages 2 to 5 WILL STAY IN A PONYTAIL WITH HAIR CURLED FOR THE ENTIRE SHOW.
​
PLEASE MAKE SURE DANCERS HAVE ALL COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES AND SHOES WITH THEM.
Do not forget to purchase your RECITAL T SHIRTS, USB RECITAL VIDEOS, FLOWERS, PROGRAM INSERTS AND SHOUT OUTS.

Picture day is right around the corner and I’m thrilled to get to shoot with you again. If this is your first year welcome! Please make sure to sign the release form prior to shooting time. Order forms will also be attached.
PICTURE DAY: SUNDAY MAY 19TH
LOCATION: DANCE 4 LIFE ACADEMY
Below is an outline of everything you need to know, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me via e-mail nia@niacreates.com
Before the shoot.
To reserve your spot there will be a deposit of $30 dollars, this goes towards whatever package you choose. If no further payment or order form has been turned in by May 20th you will receive 1 digital image of my choosing to whichever email is on file. I can assure you it will be the best image we captured.
Day of the shoot
Please arrive 30min prior to the time listed, so dancers have time to warm up.
This will also allow us to run on schedule please note that every group is different and it will take some students a little more time than others. The amount of pictures you will have to choose from depends on each dancers skill level. There will be a group photo as well as individual pictures of each dancer.
Dancers should have natural makeup on, not stage makeup, mascara and lipgloss is just fine. Hair can be however you wish please pack a brush, bobby pins, hair spray and extra hair ties just in case.
If you are not present at the time you are scheduled your child will not appear in the group picture and will have to wait until there is an available slot for their individual photos.
I suggest bringing a lunch box with water and snacks it will be a long day for some of you.
After the shoot!
All viable pictures will be uploaded in Low Resolution to my website by Monday May 20th. Www.niacreates.com/d4lrecital

Please fill out the order form with the picture number that appears the site and return to me personally or through email nia@niacreates.com no later than May 28th All photos must be paid in full in order to place your order. If you choose to order after May 28th they will not arrive by June 20th and there will be an extra $10 added to each package you choose.
Payments can be made through Cash, Credit Card or check made out to NIA CREATES LLC
I am available to meet up at the studio
Tuesday’s 4-4:30 or after 8pm
Thursday’s 4-5:15 or after 8pm
I kindly ask for no interruptions while I’m teaching, if you wish to simply drop off the form and money in-between those hours that is fine.
All photos will be ready by June 20th for pickup at the studio, or sent to you via email, if you chose a digital package. Please remember the sooner you order the faster I can deliver all of the images.
